@Steep82 Standard tuning. But the Line 6 guitar I'm using has a special setting that models the sound of a 12-string guitar. Still the same tuning though.

This is played with a 12 stringer and you used 6 and with the effect I cant even tell the difference I have one of those effects on my pedal which sounds exactly alike. I use the G2.1u.

E Pentatonic Minor is not the same as G Pentatonic.

E minor and G MAJOR pentatonic consist of the same notes and same patterns. The difference is made by which note in the scale is functioning as the root. The root is determined by what you play over.

The first note in G is not the first note. That comes later. A common mistake with that song.
