What a great example Dr. Hughes has been through the years. By the way the ring looks to me to be a wedding band. So is that comment really necessary?

my friend what ever happened to his convictions of HOLINESS. I see the ring on his finger, and my mind gos back when i used to hear him to seperate ourself from the world. and Knowing that the church of god used to preach aginst things as this. Where did they go...Is God not the same today as he was yesterday? What he requires then, he still dose now.

@JohnJonathonJon What you fail to understand is, the instruction in I Tim 2:9, and I Peter 3:3, is for women in the church, NOT men. Remember, Luke 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

However, earrings in the ear in the Old Testament was a sign of rebellion for men. But ring fingers are not condemned by God, for men.
