Boss GT-8 and JS-8 CAVATINA - (Cover) Shadows style

Hi RetroSurferkat,

The best-known Shadows stuff had Hank on Fiesta Red Strato going through either an A.C.15 or an A.C.30/4. The echo was provided by a Meazzi Echomatic. The reverb was provided by the chamber(s) at Abbey Road.

Boss GT-8 use the preset 68 - 1, and add more REVERB . . . no need change the pickup to humbucker.

by the way ... if i'm using a strat guitar , do i need to change my GT8's pick-up selector from single to humbucker? ... again thank you ...

Hi, how do u get the backing music in the first place?

from yr mp3/wav files and cancelled the leads or u preprogram the chords/key?

No need Amp, just record directly "processed sound" on eBand !

Roy you forgot to mention..how do you have everything hooked up to get that full sound and greart volume? You using the headphone jack on the eband? I'm guessing "Guitar to eband..eband to GT8..GT8 to amp...am I right or exactly how did you hook it all together? Thanks.

I just select PATCH #68-1 CLEAN+ DD+CH on GT8 and combining with

JS-8 PATCH #126 DEEP REVERB. No equalization.

If you want more fatty sounds, select PATCH# 72-1 FAT CLEAN

Try recreates Shadows sounds. Experience the enjoy of guitar playing with GT-8 !
