This is the official version for MTV Hits. in this video he did'nt die, in the original or official version of the band Gourley was despèrated cause his dogs let him alone in the middle of the landscape and he runs before the night falls, Gourley accidetally shoots him self in the face and dies some time later the dogs came back and ate the body of their owner.
In this version the dogs abandoned Gourley and he stills alone make some fire and finally he stays sad in front of the huge landscape:)
