I hate that people believe that there is actually something wrong with gravity there!
The house and everything is just tiltet. The ball is NOT rolling upwards! When you are there you have to compare the slope, to something actually vertical or horisontal, like yourself, or a hanging string. Then you can easily see it.
It's just the things around that are tiltet, so it makes it look different.
Yes it's true. The place is on a hill, check out their address on google maps and check the terrain. The buildings are not built using a level, they are built parallel to the ground.
You can still get a sense of what's going on there if you ride a bicycle or walk on a graded highway that goes through a forest on a hill.
