im kinda new to this, can a silent hill fan tell me how/ why did Lisa die??

@erickamos666 If I remember correctly, she was dead all along but Alessa kept her alive in a way. Lisa realized that she was dead along with most everyone else, and started bleeding from her face (mutation) and crying out to Harry for help. But he ran, and locked her in a room, and she then died.

Her end was such a sad one. She knew what was happening to her and she was begging Harry to help her. But he couldn't do anything. So he ran. Hearing her start crying behind the door was one of the first times I ever cried while playing a videogame.
