Really? Do you mean that you can understand Homer or Herodotus? No, my friend, the Albanian language is a mixture of ancient Illyrian, Italian, Slavic and Turkish words. Some of them have the same root with Greek, as they are neighbouring countries, and also some Greeks have Albanian origin, but this is different issue. If you say that Alexander is Albanian, I could also say Georgios Kastriotis is a Greek. Why not? Do you like this?

Have u seen this film? In a scene says: "For the glory of GREECE".... Do u think that he was an Albanian? Illyrians were enemies of Macedonia. They invaded and luted Macedonia and Alexander punished them before go to Asia. They were barbarians, according to the Greeks of that time.
