The tradition continues for me. I loved Roddy Piper as a kid, and hated Hogan. Now, I will support Piper's kid Colt, because he seems like a decent guy from the few interviews I've seen of him. And I hate Hogan's kids cuz they are spoiled little brats from what I've seen from them.
He is very quick on his feet, with his hands. He has good recovery, like some of the earlier kicks he missed. He stalked Shrout, never let up. We can expect to here good things on this young man. I honestly didn't see much in his opponent on 2/4 David Bollea. Toombs should have him covered.
Just found out that he is 4-0 in his pro career. I'm hoping that he maybe tries out for the Ultimate Fighter 11, if he is a middleweight. Best of luck Colt. Make your papa proud.
Does anybody know if this was one of his amateur fights or his pro debut?
Well, I thought his style was grappling, but Colt doesn't look bad in standup. I think he should take some more tips, and maybe a bit from his dad, since his dad used to wrestle a bit and was in Golden Gloves. Maybe Colt can train with Randy Couture, since Colt is living in Oregon. I think. I hope he gains more success, then he could move on to either WEC, or, hopefully, UFC.
Hot Rod Jr., I'd like to see Colt handle a riot in Puerto Rico like his dad though (ref. Ric Flair's book) lol j/k Way to go Colt keep up the good work
hmmm I see Colt has some Quick hands. Nice combo's coming from the kid.

Hard to say what the ref was seeing, for him to stop it that soon...but still, that was a really good fight for guys at that level. Great job!
What weight class is Toombs thinking of sticking to?

I missed the bloody dramatic finish but Colt at only 19 years old has a bright future in MMA.

Congrats, Colt! If you are anything like your Dad as a human you are going to go really really far in this world!

Way too premature stoppage. Atleast his standup has gotten better since his last fight.
