I thought when alex picked up Izzie was the most romantic thing ever. It's obvious that they belong together. They have real chemistry together, unlike George and Callie. Alex looked to really serious about what he was doing. He really really cares about her, its not just some innocent flirtation. They both love eachother, but they both just have too much damage to realize, see and admit it.

Maybe you'll all hate me, but I hope she chooses Finn. Mcdreamy has kept her on a leash for too long when he should be working on his marriage...He's not worth her time.
