Ps and no dis to Tom Hulce, but who has ever met Ameadeus him self? So yeah Tom did a great interpretation of him. but who knows how he was ? Again F Murry Abraham portrayed a man of pure hate and envy. my goodness he even threw jesus christ the crucifix on the fire. For me he convinced me hate exists. Thats why he was acknowledged...
haha tom hulce is the best although he definitely looked much better back when he played mozart :D mozart's my fav character in amadeus man i love that laugh!
This "Making Of" just drags on and on. Everytime I listen to someone talk I just wish they would talk more about the movie and not every detail of their travels. Its just poor storytelling, if you ask me.
WHOA! I totally did a double-take when I heard Tom Hulce talking, and then saw what he looks like now. I barely even recognized him. And yet his voice hasn't changed at all; it's still completely adorable. :)
the making of story that F Murray Abraham tells about thinking their hotel room is bugged, looking for the bug, thinking they find it under the rug, then loosening the screws and hearing the chandelier below crash to the floor is the funniest behind the scenes story I have ever heard on any documentary!!!!
tom hulce used to be so hawt omg that's him now?? i would never have recognized him from his looks as the guy who played amadeus...only by the voice lol (quasimodo) =)
tom actually looks cute with a beard and belly, i bet lots of women 40+ are diggin him xD gr8 actor too
Wow. I would never have guessed that was Tom Hulce. He looks so different with a beard. Anyway, he made that movie with his hilarious giggle. I laugh everytime he does it. I would think the other actors in the scenes would have a tough time keeping a straight face everytime he laughed.
according to descriptions left by friends and others who knew him, Mozart really did laugh like that. they said he had a high pitched laugh that would come from deep inside him and he would be overcome with gales of laughter when he found somthing funny, which was easy because of his sense of humor. he must have been a great and fun person to know
Well-known physician and great music lover Joseph Frank, who had twelve lessons with Mozart in 1790 and who left the following graphic account:
I found Mozart to be a little man with a broad head and fleshy hands; he received me rather coldly. now, he said, play me something! I played him a fnatsia of his own composition. Not bad he said, to my great astonishment, now Ill play it for you. What a marvel! The piano became a completely different instrument under his fingers.
He had had it amplified by means of a second keyboard, which he used as a pedal. Mozart then made a few observations about the way in which I should play his fantasia. I was fortunate enough to understand him. Do you play other pieces of my composition? Yes sir I replied your variaions on the theme Unser dummer Pobel meint, and a sonata with violin, violoncello accompaniment. Good, I will play the piece to you; you will derive more benefit form hearing me than from playing it yourself.
Tom Hulce and Fahrid Murray Abraham are the best actors ever! and Amadeus Is the best film ever made! also Elizabeth Berridge, and Jeffrey Jones, are excellent as well Amadeus Rule Still.
I feel Berridge was cute/hot enough, but very VERY unbelievable, as if she couldn't shake her stupid American accent and pull off any type of brilliance, but she showed her tits...so that's something at least (shrugs shoulders)
Milos Forman is a very good director and AMADEUS, though considered by some inaccurate, is a significant movie in cinema history. It makes people interested in Mozart and his music as well as Salieri. Fine job they did!
I did a huge paper in college on Mozart and read pretty much everything I could find; it's pretty common knowledge. They worked together, knew each other, although not as intimately as in the movie.
yea that's annoying, i hate when pompous uploaders have to make a video 'their own' by marking it with their insipid unfunny stupid speech bubble comments

The fact that the role F Murry Ab played made me hate him ,this is a good actor. Otherwise why bother?

This comment has received too many negative votes show
the fact that mozart and salieri never met makes it inaccurate.
rosebud1214 3 years ago
Salieri taught music to Mozart's oldest son. They did indeed meet, they were reportably on cordial terms.

How you know that Mozart and Salieri met?

Because "AttendtheTale" is 234-years-old.
