hell yea, the earlier Tiger Army stuff is WAY better and way more psycho than all the other stuff they're coming up with currently

the problem was,they were in cahoots with AFI

same with AFI, they started out good but then they went all emo and crappy

these two bands woulda made it big, but they went in a different direction unfortunately

still, music is music and you gotta appreciate the good with the rest

This is not bad, but then again The Misfits are one of my favorite bands and I like T.Army alot. As far as good Misfits covers go I like Sick Of It All doing All Hell Breaks Loose, Bouncing Souls doing Hybrid Moments, and actually Metallica for Last Caress/Green Hell.

While the Misfits may be "still going strong" (in your words), they are a shell of what they used to be. I still enjoy some stuff they do, but if I had to choose, Danzig-era Misfits any day (and that's not a knock to anyone who liked Graves--I dug some of his stuff with them--or the current lineup, which is also OK, but still a shell, man).

As for Tiger Army, been a fan for years, great cover of a classic song.

Well, going strong as in still playing live shows and touring. The Show on the other hand seemed to be pretty routine to them. Well what can you expect after 30 years? Anyways, The concert was kinda bad, but it was still fun to see them live. Even though the first live show of them, that I saw, was ALOT better.

Well... it is punkrock and psychobilly. But consider the music as a mix of different music and the product of that is psychobilly itself. Many people use the song "On piece at the time" by Johnny Cash, where the music is many different pieces, but the result is psychobilly.
