I think Gundam Wing and Gundam SEED (including Destiny) had the best music of all Gundam series made to date. Wing leaned mainly towards the 'classical' genre while Gundam SEED went all-out modern, ultra-modern even.

This song shows the horrors and scarring effects of war on all the poor, unfortunate souls who lost loved ones in it. Gundam Seed is one of the few animes I've seen that shows you how war leaves its scarring on innocent people and the soldiers fighting in it. I know that without war most of the technologies we have today wouldn't exist but I depise war for the death and destruction that follows in its wake, you know?

@xTheLemon gundam seed is really good, it also has a sequel destiny but gundam seed destiny kind of ruined the first season as it was way over the top and the plot twists ruined the ending of the first season, i would watch Seed and if you really really like it then my advice skip destiny, it ruins almost everything about seed

You know, its very rare now a days that a cartoon teaches you anything. Gundam Seed in it's entirety is a blaring signal of the horrors of war, it truly is. This song in that anime just works perfectly.

i was too young to understand what war really meant, i used to just hum along and cry for those departed in GS. i resented the conspiracies, those selfish, foolish wants of politicians. i guess that's what happens when you're exposed to dark side of life too young-it sticks. i still can't shake off the notion that this world is a decaying one. but i hope the world can prove me wrong.
