can you save to your computer then put it on to a dvd like a normal video camera?

This video is out of date. Flipshare 5 only allows U to save on MP4 format. (Flipshare 4.5 allowed the above--only problem there was a problem with the audio on wmv). Try any video converter & save as avi. & then edit on W.M.M. I have found avi better quality than wmv.

The files on a newer Flip Camera (summer 09-present) are MP4. If you open the Flip Share software, click on the video to convert, click on online at the bottom, click other websites, and click other it should save as a WMV file that can be edited in Movie Maker. If it is not, you might contact Flip and ask them. This is how they told me to save.
