Complete mastery. The piece itself and the mastery of Elahi are something that make this performance totally epic. He is such a virtuoso and the music comes to life! Wondrful sound and subtle changes in articulation and motives. Very seamless playing and most importantly very musical playing. Unlike other videos. Simply excellent in it's portrayal of this ancient art form. Great marks for the performance as well as the way it has been portrayed by the filmmaker. At the 3 minute mark the performer brings on an astonishing performance that lasts none stop for 3 minutes. I love the entire piece but these 3 minutes are both at the same time the core and the stratosphere of it's body giving a precision edge to the meditative state of mind through music. I would love to see more.
