It takes me about 1 hour to drive to work and another or more back home. I always listen to some books on CD to kill the time and not to fall asleep behind the wheel. Last week totally accidentally I borrowed The Secret from local library thinking it's some mysterious novel. It change my life. I'm amazed by the discover and totally sold. It says that we should not help others in need because their situation is their fault, this is not right and not the way I want to live

I have picked something I really want for the third time. I wrote down exactly what I want. If this one comes true, I believe it will be so incredible that there will be no doubt, even to the most skeptical person that the law of attraction works. I will let you know how it turns out.  The last two times I wrote down what I wanted, it took about 2-3 months for it to manefist. It has been about a month and a half.

I have the video and it is LIFE CHANGING. I was in a situation where I did not know what I was going to do or how I was going to pull through. I clung to the words Michael Beckwith said in the movie: "Out of no way and no how, a way will come." or something along those lines. Anyway, I wrote down exactly what I wanted and remembered another quote from the movie. I think it was Beckwith again. He said focus on something so amazing that when it comes you will KNOW it works.

In the book, which I have also read, it says Ask, Believe, Receive. I wrote down exactly what job I wanted. I misplaced the paper. Later I found it and read the words, it was shocking and almost surreal when I got exactly what I wanted and how the universe lined everything up exacly so I got what I asked for. I lamited the paper and keep it on the wall at home. Home! I wrote down exactly what kind of home I wanted: 3 bedroom, quiet area. This too came to pass.

Nice preview. . I've seen it too. . twice on DVD, and I listen to it alot in the car (unabridged version of the book) I also keep the book next to my bed. It is truly awesome, but to call it a "Secret" is kind of like calling gravity a secret. Both laws have always been there. I just think that the way it's been potrayed is a little exagerated. Nonetheless, I love it, and live by it.

The Secret is great: I bought several of the original version and gave as gifts. I've also enjoyed Esther's CDs for years and I have been to a couple of her seminars near NYC. Once you've understood the basics of the film, her teachings are a great way to go deeper.

Ultimately it's not about attracting "things" but to enjoy the game of staying connected to the most expansive, creative state possible—a wonderful end in itself, which will also happen to draw wonderful things to you!

The original version contained a lot of sequences with Esther Hicks. In the newer extended version, Ester has been almost completely removed and replaced with Lisa Nichols. Personally I prefer Lisa Nichols, but...

Anyway, do a search for "secret" or "law of attraction" on Google video, you'll be able to find the original version there.

I also think alot of people are thinking way too into this. For example, they said if you want to be rich, you can will this for yourself. My take on it, isn't that just b/c u want it u will get it, but that if u have the will power and positive attitude to want to be rich u will do what needs to be done to get there (ie make a budget, start savings, not spending as much, working harder), and by that positive attitude you have willed it over the long term.

I don't know, I'm not an expert on what's "true" and what's "not true." The quantum physicists in the film explain that it is true. I see no reason not to believe them considering that's their field of expertise! :-)
