This is very beautiful and practical. I see so many minis and they just seem they are to just be kept like that cause there is hardly space for anything. I love seeing yours with pictures and all completed. @3239861 Thank you so much! I do try very hard in my albums to have a balance between pages with plenty of room for photos and journaling & pages with lots of pretty elements and designs. I love both the memory preservation side of scrapping and the artistic, technique-driven playful side of scrapbooking. @debbiehayslrtte I am totally addicted to the Ranger Liquid Pearls right now ~ they are so awesome! I can't believe I never tried them before. If you just want two very versatile colors to start with, I recommend the "White Opal" and "Bisque" which are white and champagne, respectively. That will give you a white and a non-white & one or the other will work for pretty much any project you have. :D Thanks so much for watching & commenting!

My friend Heather is not crafty herself, but she loves crafts and handmade things, so I knew she would appreciate something handmade for her birthday, but I didn't wan't to give her something that would be a chore for her to figure out. I love that you did the photos black and white I wouldn't have thought to do that but it makes them flow into the album instead of distract from it. The card is gorgeous. I think there is just something so classy and timeless about them & it does make them easier to use with papers like these ~ ones with lots of bright colors and busy patterns.
