yes please post lyrics. beautiful writing, playing and singing; you might want to post it on sound cloud to enable free download. I have a song called "atmosphere" available for free download there (sound cloud dot com slash jerusha music-- minus the spaces) that is a love song to the climate and the air we breathe. you're inspiring me to possibly post it soon. thanks for helping to inspire the solution.
Hi! This is a real beautiful and meaning song. But could you please show me where I can find the lyrics? I have searched on google for days but can not find one?
Thanks for the song David - nicely written and performed, cute Latin/folk groove to it. For a satirical slant, hope you like our "Denial Tango" - also on YouTube, search under title or "Men With Day Jobs".
Thanks for the comment on my channel, inspiring, I think you're right - if enough of us small voices group together on the same issue, we could beat climate change.
Ok this is the third time i have tried writing this comment. Ok well I can't fit everything I need to write into a comment so just click on my Channel name and click the link that shows up there to finish reading what I have to say...
CONTINUED FROM COMMENT BELOW. Our governments of the world do not care for our planet, they say they do but yet are lying to us. They only care about what will get them, and the country money. If that means destroying our planet then thats what they will do. We are distracted by everything that is happening around us. We are wasting money on things that don't need to be happening. Wars, why? What is th purpose of fighting ourselves? We can't call ourselves humans, a race, because were not....
This is Continued from the comment below: Rubbish pollution, toxic waste being dumped, chemicals we are putting. into our bodies through modern food and de-forestation are all problems that we must face in the near future. Our generation isn't likely to see anything very bad happen during our life time but its the generations after us that will deal with the mistakes of the humans past. We recently held the Copenhagen summit to start acting against climate change. No agreement was reached....
@TehField You said "Our generation isn't likely to see anything very bad happen during our life time but its the generations after us that will deal with the mistakes of the humans past." But we already are seeing terrible things in our lifetime! Please do not discount the grim statistics on injuries and deaths due to chemicals used now and in the past. You would be astonished at the figures. I agree with everything else you said. Keep caring about our beautiful planet. Yours in solidarity
Well its certain that we aren't doing this planet any favors at the moment and I am not against climate change but I would like to say that there is no convincing proof that this isn't a natural cycle of the earth. We can only make predictions to what the weather has done on earth before the time of humans and can't know for sure that this isn't a natural process. Although I do believe that we need to change our ways. CONTINUED FROM COMMENT ABOVE.
Whether we like it or not, every natural thing moves through a cycle. Remember King Canute trying to hold by the power of his command?
If its hot its going to get cold. If its cold its going to get warmer. Day follows night and death follows life.
The death of us as a person is sure. Death of us as human race will come at some time. All these things are following nature, because we are also nature.
Fair enough it will come at some point in human race history where we all become extinct. However climate change is a man-made disaster that's precipitating our destruction and thus should not be accepted as "nature's course". We started it and this will destroy all that is life unless we step together and at least try to undo some of the damage. If it were nature's course I would have absolutely no problem with it. However, we started this one, so we better damn well fight it!
In nature baby gazelle get ripped apart by lions when they are hungry. Humans are not above natural decline. We have used our large brain power to stop this decline for a long time.
Most of the human predicament comes from our need to "amuse" our large brains with "toys". Not a case of just needing food, shelter, health like some peoples of the world.
Do I want to stop using my car, no. Do I want never to ride a jet aircraft, no.
Sometimes the thought of dying makes people bury their heads in the sand. It is too depressing and if past generations thrived with the industrial revolution and it's not going to happen on our watch we will just deny...deny.
Unfortunately it is going to be your children, and grandchildren who will be dealing with these type of issues. You will be dead and gone and watching from the spiritual world what you left behind.
Global warming is not happening. Climate change is. But guess what, it's been happening for billions of years. There's nothing we can do it about so stop thinking the human race can control nature and preserve what climate WE think is best.
Either way, what we're doing the plant is disgusting. What about the rainforests that we've destroyed, what about biodiversity, what about all the natural beauty we've thoughtlessly paved over?
"Yes, climate has varied in the past, for many different reasons, some better understood than others. Present-day climate change is well understood, and different. Noting that something happened before without humans does not demonstrate that humans are not causing it today." - from grist's website
@ntody You are exactly RIGHT ! How egotistical to think that what humans do has any more affect on the climate than an ant fart ! LMFAO at the greenies !
We are regulated in so many ways to economic advantage , but the one thing destroying our planet (population) is not regulated. How can we make 10percent less green house gas if the economy/populus grows at an increasing rate. China is a warning by example to the rest of the world
Hey Terrific Song - lyrics, accompaniament, and singing were all amazing :)
My environmental science class is wrapping up the year with songs about climate change and alternative energy, as well as plans for the future, but the teacher likes to have copies of the lyrics to hand out for the class to read along...
the lyrics. We never have had that poblem before and its has been listened to all over the world from Greenland to New Zealand..I know Peter Andrews work very well.
Wait a minute ... If technology is "one step forward, and two steps back" (which I agree), then why does the video not take that same advice? Why promote MORE technology (giant wind turbines, "new and improved" CARS, etc.) at the end???
Industrial technology will NOT get us out of this hole!!!
@nancidrew4 Windo Turbines and other forms of energy are necessary for civilization; there are too many people on this earth to not have it. If not for our modern technology there would be anarchy and death. Now you may be a luddite, but I am hoping that we can grow enough as a species to start to care for one another and this world we live in.
It's time we all take responsibility and clean this planet up.One of the previous posters said "the world is cooling".What a KnuckleHead comment to make. They should send him on the next mission to mars as a human experiment.

Guess we are on the same wave length.
Think I am a little more optimistic than you are.
Us humans seemed have the ability to take ouselves to the brink and then back off. However, this time we may have gone too far.
