every train must run correctly under ATC
and the ATC of this station for Hikari Railstar is 285km/h..the maximum speed is too

You should know that we forget most of the things we learn in school until we start studying in college. I forget everything I learned in elementary and high school. However, you should always remember how to spell. *shold* It is spelled "should".
