  • Do we do this video for six weeks strraight everyday or do you have a video for every week, and also what is the diffrence between a situp and plank postion?

  • @hiphoplover24 I finally have a new video out.. You can see the situp at 1:00 and the plank at 1:36 in the video. You can do this workout every day for 1-2 weeks until it's too easy. Then you can move on to the intermediate ab workouts
