But as far as I am aware if a wife is caught have sex with another man not her husband, 4 reliable witnesses are required to confirm that they did Zina (sex out of marriage). However I would recomend varification from a scholar! Also these laws can only be implemented in a islamic state.

When people followed human laws, there will always be flaws somewhere, resulted in an endless black holes of crime. you can take example in your surrounding, people follow rules, but crime happens everywhere, and what made it worse than that when influential people always managed to escape punishments.

@johnlffy If following Allah's law(sharia), people will afraid to do sins. Yes, some people will still do sin, not after they see the punishment. This explains why the criminal actions rate in countries that practice sharia laws is very low compared to countries that practice conventional law.
