  • I work at a computer and dont get much exercise, my knees back horrible crunching/crackling sounds upon standing up from a bent position. This really seems to be helping, thank you.

  • @accordingtolive I made a playlist on my profile in which you can make reference to for exercises to help you with your knees. The best advice I can give you is to find a sretching partner or someone that will help you stretch/add the required amount of constant pressure for the exercise to be effective.

  • my max on leg press is 1200 and i normally press 800, since im 17 yearsold and my knees are cracking, should i go easy on my legs or calm down for a month?

  • @xCooLii3 best advice is to start off at maybe 360-400 and increase daily by 20lbs the slower the stronger you grow.

  • @xCooLii3 Cooli I just read this and I highly doubt you can acheive that weight. Stop bsing whoever you are. at 17 your legs are probably just barely experiencing the true changes in growth hormones. They should not be cracking at 17. And if your pressing 800 Sign my bra...lol.
