No, the law does NOT protect you, or me, or ANYONE from 'insults'. In fact the koran insults christians and jews. Do you want laws against the KORAN?? Insults don't do anything except make you mad because you ALLOW them to make you mad. Try being a grown man for a change, and learning to ignore insults the way the rest of us have learned to ignore insults. If I were as childish as you, I'd be crying for a law to ban the koran for insulting my religion.
