Go into Practice and play the last section of Joe Perry Guitar Battle. The last 3 notes are chords, the final one being a 4-note chord.

No idea how it could be possible, but maybe the version you're using doesn't have the same chart as the 360 version. Which version are you using?

The only way to play a song with huge gems is by activating a cheat, which is found in the "Cheats" menu.
