Is Bradley able to die? They knew that he was a homunculus but they seemed sure that he was dead for good. Also, it looked like instead of doing all of that to escape the train he could have just let it blow him up, since the other homunculi can just heal themselves. Please reply, I'm very confused.

Yes actually, out of ALL the Homunculi Wrath is technically the easiest to die. All the Homunculi can regenerate because of their Philosopher stones which are formed by dozens of human souls. But, Wrath only has one soul (because they wanted a homunculus to age and the super healing would counteract that) so when he dies just one time. It's over.
