Yeah, as i look back on it, the radar does come back after I destoryed the E767's. It even says the radar's back online and I didn't even notice! geez Thanks, i uh.... did figure out the radar jamming! :)
I know you probably figured this out already, but the radar was out because of those E-767's you called "bombers." They were jamming aircraft. Notice that when you took them out your radar cleared up.
