thank you for the update. you look good and sound like you are adjusting mentally and physically to the changes while recovering. Good to get back on track and stay there. Do you have any thoughts as to why you are eating carefree? Is it in reaction to the loss of the band in your mind...a freeing which for us who suffer from obesity is really not a freedom...but a burden?

Oh hunnie, you really have been going through it. You have much to look forward to, life without the band is a challenge but do able.

Cant wait to see you back in the grove of things. It will come sooner than you know.

I lost about 2hundred and hit a standstill, w/o band so I know you can do it, we will both continue on and you have a new cheerleader.
