    Every time I drive past that sign, I can't help but laugh. Why did this have to happen to us? right after the tornado too!!!

  • i dont mean to seem naive but isnt there a way to stop the region from flooding? levees running along the lowlands or something? we never hear about flooding in the netherlands, and they are at or below sea level.
