this is more for a workout than for losing fat, you need to eat healthy, nutritionaly eat more vegetables, fruits, berrys, some nuts, but those that are not with added shit!!! make 5 small meals a day if you eated something normal want to eat again drink water to fill your stomach! do some exercises, do cardio exercises the most and dont eat any sugar things, sweets, foods with lots of fat.
