@337429 it might be that the police just planted those drugs there. and the judge can't persecute because they got their evidence illegally. if she will agree to the police, then the next time the police will search you, they won't mind if they don't have a search warrant...
@337429 no. we need to have a rule to say that evidence found without a search warrant is inadmissible. it protects you from someone rummaging through your things without probable cause.
