i find bringing lethal weapons useless. i use an rpg on this monsters, and use a tranq to make em sleep. so i just wasted lots of time chunking-off their hp to 1 bar. so i just use tranq (sniper) from the start. i find the 2nd rathalos fight easy than the 1st one.

Tigrex is the most annoying boss in MGS Peace Walker because he runs you over all the time and rarely gives you the chance to reload.

@LittleArmah Yeah, just like he does in Monster Hunter. BUT WAIT, in monster hunter, if your a melee, you ACTUALLY have to get up close to him and not die. If you compared the fights with the super easy gun you get in this game compared to the weapons in Monster Hunter, this fight looks like cakewalk honestly. So if you want to know how TRULY annoying he is, you should give it a try sometime. =p

@inkra1 This is a way to promote Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. The little blue dinosaurs are Velociprey, the first dragon-sort of thing is a Tigrex. And the last one is a Rathalos. They are some of the most commonly known monsters in the game.
