The problem with the climate fanatic faction is that they are too stubborn to change coarse. It is all based on interpolating natural climate trends and seeking models that fit. This has become too much fantical.
We all know that temperature affect glacier and sea levels. We also now know that climate naturally changes.
So depending on what scope we select we get different results when we want to say if it is "getting warmer".

you don't need warrants to touch people.. states have different laws for removing an unwelcome guest. Are you saying there isn't any conclusive evidence for global warming or no evidence that humans are responsible? There isn't any question that the global temperature is rising. Berkeley Earth Surface Project completed their analysis from the 1.6 billion temps gathered and it confirms what the other scientific institutions calculated.
If you question how much humans are responsible, my suggestion is don't ask the oil and coal companies or the investors with stock in them.

An article by Popular Science gives one example of why CERN's experiments must be questioned. "Those particles that are forming are far too small to actually seed a cloud. So while CERN has proven that cosmic rays are definitely influencing the upper atmosphere, the connection between warming and cosmic rays is far from firmly established."

So say that humans contributed to 0.1 degrees warming i.e the weak CO2 -> T causation.

We all know that temperature affect glacier and sea levels. We also now know that climate naturally changes.
So depending on what scope we select we get different results when we want to say if it is "getting warmer".

This means anyone who touches you without your consent is "assaulting" you. However if you are in/on their property they have the right to insist you remove yourself from it immediately. I made my original claim upon the assumption that Gore's associates did not own the bookstore, and that they did not make any warning b4 contact.

you don't need warrants to touch people.. states have different laws for removing an unwelcome guest. Normally it includes the property owner telling the person to leave and them refusing or authorizing law enforcement (after written consent by the owner submitted to the police department previously) to act as bouncers to remove them.
All lawyer bs aside, i think removing somebody safely from some events that is there to disrupt instead of participate in is perfectly reasonable.

And if 1) was wrong the judge is guilty of perjury.
