congrats!!! im 9mo post op and i can tell u that you made one of the best decisions of a lifetime!!the only problem is that the weight comes off faster than your brain realizes.you will find yourself in the plus size dept...and everyting will be too big! i went from 248 to 161 with just a lil exercise..so the more you work out the more you will lose! good luck on your journey!
