@1therambo you can't, you need to have a CFW (Custom Firmware)

This one is a OFW (Official Firmware) which means you can't put games in the memory card but you can play UMD games and demo games

where folder did you put the game?

the game file should be ISO

and you're going to put it on the root of your psp memory card

add a new folder called ISO

then put the game there
