Sounds like he's heading for a low, low flat tax ~ to make the nation like it was in the late 1880s and 1890s in the era of the Robber Barons... long before the 1930s when Social Security, and the 1960s with Medicare and Medicaid came about. GN's arguments become specious as the conversations progress. Along about the middle of this (as early as 20 minutes in or sooner) they push him to acknowledge he has a very limited view "liberty" for how to help society
