It all depends on what the cost of jet fuel is. I paid a premium as gas prices were at there highest at the time. I'm a sport pilot now and the last time I was at the airport I saw prices around $4 per gallon.

@mmurray48162 in fuel alone $400-800 an hour it aint cheap. they burn about 150-20 gallons an hour aprox.

Some of these were parked on the ramp at KLNC a few years ago. At least one is local (restored). Thanks for sharing! When we get these running on plant oil maybe anyone will be able to afford a flight!

Well if your willing to drive to Katy Texas (near Houston) and pay for the cost of jet fuel about $4 per gal and figure at least 60 gal. then I can hook you up.
