actually most sceptiles are special their are hardly any physicals

You can't really say that because Sceptile's base attack is only slightly lower than its special attack. With one Swords Dance Sceptile can be an extremely huge threat. It's physcial movepool is also quite larger than it's special.

I'm not sure off hand but she's a Jolly nature with Quick Feet. I know she out runs all base 105 with a +Speed nature. That with a Swords Danced, STABed Facade make her pretty dangerous.
