  • what kind of meat are you using and what is the dark sauce you are using i would like to make this for my family?

  • most Asian dont measure how much salt, or any other seasoning and sauce when they cook, they put random amount because they can tell how much they need to put by looking at it. not even at the chinese/japanese restaurant. some place might measure it when making the sauce, but it never exact.

  • I would love to know how to make it spicy!! do i just add the chili sauce?>

  • Do you have written recipes for this so I would know proper measurements?

  • I worry that you leave the stove on when you finish with each pan. I think you need to turn off the heat when you are finished with each pan so you don't have a fire or hurt yourself.

  • Looks very good. Do you make your own kung pao sauce or do you buy it pre-made? If so can you tell us your kung pao recipe or what brand you use?

    Thank you.

  • you can buy cornstarch at your grocery store *any grocery store* hope that helps. @badillovega i do alot of asian cooking myself.

  • where I can buy the cornstarch

  • @badillovega Are you serius?

  • haha I bet you'd be a good roommate man, and I bet it smells sooo good in there...
