@AlbertoBarreradotcom Yes you can! I have the Mytouch 4G and I've tested the video chat for G+. For now, you can't create a hangout, only Join. So someone at a computer will have to start a hangout first and then you can join the hangout on an android phone.

Just remember G+ is still new, the G+ app on android has an open space on the home screen, that space could be reserved for the hangout feature (video chat) when they update sometime in the future. :)

But But this will only be temporary for a short time or a long time. they will change it to age 13 and up soon. The 18+ rule isn't a rule. It is a short-term restriction during the limited trial, and will only last until full security and privacy safeguards are in place for younger users.

Google+ really is awesome! I have 2 Gmail accounts, so I was able to try out and use my Computer and Android phone to video chat each other and It was surprisingly smooth and fluent! It actually works!

Way to go Google team! You did it right...THE FIRST TIME! Show Facebook how its done! :)

All it did was tell people your exact location. G+ is completely different, and not email based. It works very well with Gmail, but its something separate of Gmail, which makes it their first. And they've added what many people have been asking for FOR YEARS! Thus they got it right...the first time. Which is why Google is awesome!
