Watching Mr. Kelly's testimony was easily distracted by Simson's movements, and just knowing that he (Simson) has spreading false and misleading information. No offense to Mr. Kelly's ability to deliver his message.

...and yeah, that's old Simson rolling his eyes in the background, trying to detract from Mr. Kelly's testimony. He was probably dying back there...wanting so badly to spout some more lies to Congress. God knows how much money his buddies at the RIAA has donated to politicians' campaigns. Impartial? SoundExchange is working for the RIAA, plain and simple.

Thanks Kieran. SoundExchange has spent the last year trying to make people believe that large webcasters should pay big money, ignoring the small webcasters (mom and pop outfits that work out of their home). PLEASE NOTE: Without the large webcaster, the small guys can't stream...many trade streaming and storage costs in exchange for the large webcaster running their ads on the little stations. That's what makes them a "commercial" station- the mom and pops are actually non-profits.
