Jamie Oliver is possibly the most fantastic chef i have ever encountered on TV or Read about. I have never heard of him making some feel inferior, belttles anyone or thinks he is better than anyone whether it is other chefs or the general public and i dont think he has a mean bone in his body. Jamie is one helluva person and chef. i enjoy trying out his cooking style whenever i have tips that u shared . i am sure he enspires millions of people with his positive friendly attitude

i hate cooking shows in which guests are invited to help with the cooking. its always overly cheesy, not funny, and a distraction from the actual cooking.

Even though it's an english thing, I find it really hard to believe the american girl has never had fish n chips... It's sort of a classic (not to mention available almost everywhere) thing over here too o.O

Is that Maris Piper's potatoes?Another thing,fizzy water can be used in the batter as it also gives a nice and crispy texture.With beer of course.
