I was watching the novela "Sirena" that day when all of a sudden the novela was interrupted by breaking news of Selena being shot. I was devastated. I could not believe it. I just cried.
I don't think the police did anything, Yolanda was probably thinking of a way to convince police that she was innocent and because she was still in shock that she killed Selena herself it took nearly ten hours.
