They are rebuilding towers at the trade center complex. It's just taking FOREVER. Why is it that Dubai started building the AMAZING Burj Dubai (as well as other major projects) in 2004, and it's already the tallest building in the world at 140 floors - meanwhile the freedom tower still hasn't reached floor 1, nearly 6 years after 9/11. What happened USA?
