Practise with a metronome, build goals for you study, QUALITY over QUANTITY.

make 2 differenet excercices for your goals, if U can't make the first, try the second, and keep coming back and forth, until U reach one of them, then keep up!!!

but my own advices :

don't give up - practise (quality not quantidy).

build goals for a period of time, and have like 3 goals per period, don't practise the same thing over and over everyday. practise those 3 things. one day i'll wake up, and just play what was impossible a few dys ago (that happend to me with this solo, I had figure it out, But I couldn't play it)
