I don't think we need fear the NWO, only those who will run it. A single world government could benefit us, for the same reasons it benefits them. Once it exists, the public will need to take over.

If the constitution is no longer is force, then the union is dissolved. Only the states were ever sovereign anyway.

Well it is debatable that they were ever any type of communist state. Certainly not any type of communist state that Marx would recognize, but they are absolutely not communist now and haven't been since around the time of Nixon's visit. It is a totalitarian police state run for the benefit of the elites, and more recently, the corporations both state and private. This is known as fascism, or a Neo-con wet dream. China is the model that the right wing wants to impose upon the US.
