you cant teach your dog to talk it jusst does it when my dad comes home from work (i have two basset hounds) he is 3yrs old he will start howling and he says where did you go and i miss you ; i love you lol :D cause my dad and him are like best friends lol sometimes when my dad goes to work for the whole night(hes a fireman) the dog will pee on his shoes!! he gets so mad LOL!!!!!!!!!
