Powell is an amazing man!- He lived with Janis Joplin- wrote songs for both her and the 13th floor Elevators- and continues to perform and make art to this day- Hooray for Powell!!!
Great performance. This is shown on local cable tv here in San Francisco at unpredictable times and it never fails to startle. Glad to be able to see this- thanks for posting!!
