He likely assaulted Michael Snyder when Michael still wouldn't remove the ban and then ran for it when the police were called.

Chris and his mother were both charged with near the same charges (around 3 each or something)

Sadly though I think Chris got bail which means he'll find some way to twist this around to make Michael the bad guy and won't learn anythin
