actually... payatas is in Quezon City, Philippines. so this is in the Philippines. judging by how we treat the people who live there and allow this kind of poverty to continue on a global scale... "stone age" probably isn't to far off. Though perhaps WE are the primitive ones, not the people of Payatas.
