Well i do put it in User/documents/EA games/Sims 2/Downloads because the eye colors and the outfits i do find but whenever i download hairstyles they're just the same ones i already got....

Hmm .. well its kinda hard for me cuz i cant see what exactly you do but when you download everything it should go into User/documents/EA games/Sims 2/Downloads .. hmm, try to explain exactly how and where you put it. (:
