Just the face...this painting haunts my thoughts. I especially hate it when I'm alone at night and the image of the anguished man just pops up in my head and then I try to think of something else, but this guy just stares into my soul with his eye sockets.

You need to give it a proper burial, i presume the person who painted it was not buried because he committed suicide and religion such as christianity states that people commit suicide are dammed therefore he probably wasn't laid to rest.

I wouldn't want it in my house, certainly not in my bedroom. Haunted or not, it's a freaky looking thing. I'm open minded about ghosts. I've been to haunted houses and on ghost tours and never seen anything but I wouldn't want something like that appearing in my bedroom in the middle of the night. Be careful what you're letting yourself in for and keep us updated with what happens.
